Yes, you can register multiple companies. You can register the second and subsequent companies directly from within the platform, and with one profile, you can manage all your companies, seamlessly switching between them.
Yes, you can use the platform without adding staff. In this case, you will take on the roles of sales manager and recruiter within your company. However, we recommend adding staff for more efficient operation.
The platform provides three types of roles:
Sales Manager— responsible for managing talents. This role is designed for adding talents and managing processes related to the talent pool within your company. The Sales Manager can receive requests from other companies to hire talents under their management, as well as search for projects and propose specialists from the entire company list. Additionally, they interact with representatives from other companies when there is interest in specific talents.
Recruiter — responsible for managing projects. The Recruiter's role is the opposite of the Sales Manager's. The Recruiter is involved in adding projects, receiving project requests, interacting with Sales Managers from other companies, and can also send requests to hire talents from other companies.
Interviewer — the addition of this role is planned for the second version of the platform.
No, you can add employees in unlimited numbers. The platform does not impose any restrictions in this regard.
Yes, there is a transfer function for this purpose. This function is designed both for redistributing the workload among staff and for use during vacations or when an employee leaves. When this function is used, the responsibilities of the selected employee are transferred to the staff members you choose. All data, including chats, attached projects, or talents, will be fully transferred under the responsibility and supervision of the new staff. It’s important to note that only an administrator can perform a transfer, and it can only be done between employees with the same roles or transferred to themselves.
No, we do not limit users on the number of talents or projects they can add. You can add as many as you deem necessary.

You will always have access to updates and full functionality. When the platform becomes paid, you will be able to use it only after purchasing one of the subscription plans.

Additionally, the last names of your talents are displayed to other users only by their first letter.
We do not take responsibility for the compliance with deal terms between users who connect on our platform. Users independently enter into contracts with each other and are fully responsible for fulfilling their terms.
